Jennings Associates, Inc. – a Pipersville, Pennsylvania corporation with a solid 36 year history as an innovative industrial equipment rep, distributor and service solution provider- is pleased to announce the strategic acquisition of the assets of T.W. Alberts & Associates, Inc. and Hi-Eff Therm-L-Sav, Inc.  Going forward the combined company will be doing business as Jennings Alberts, Inc.  

Alberts & Associates is a Pennsylvania corporation with a 41 year history of representing market-leading industrial process and heat transfer equipment manufacturers– including representing Alfa Laval the global market leading technology supplier of heat exchangers - in the same geographical footprint of Jennings, i.e. Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Virginia.  

Therm-L-Sav is a New Jersey corporation that has been supplying high quality, quick-delivery Alfa Laval heat exchangers as well as skidded process and heat transfer systems to the industrial and OEM marketplace for over 25 years. 

Jeff Kerner, long time President of both Alberts and Therm-L-Sav, will be actively involved in the integration of the businesses into the new Jennings Alberts organization over the next 5 years as well as in ongoing technical sales and customer support efforts.

The move further strengthens Jennings Alberts position as the leading industrial sales rep agency for innovative industrial process equipment solutions in the region.  The addition of several leading global manufacturers including Alfa Laval, Koch Knight, and Metso further ensures that projects engineered locally - also have the value-added benefit of truly global support - wherever they are installed, e.g. Asia, Europe, India, South America, etc.    

Jennings Alberts has also made the strategic decision to terminate agreements with five manufacturers in order to focus on current core manufacturers plus those coming over in the Albert’s acquisition.
