Position Description
Position Title: Outside Technical Sales Representative
I. Summary of Position Responsibilities:
The Outside Sales Professional is a key member of Jennings Alberts, Inc.’s sales team. This individual has responsibility and accountability for:
- Delaware Valley Region
- Responding to, and following up on requests for quotes
- Proactive accommodation of customer service issues
- Serving as liaison with principals and customers
- Assuring accurate and timely order entry
- Administrative reporting and continuous outside sales process improvement
- Facilitating and supporting the sales team’s initiatives
II. Position Qualifications:
- College or Associate Degree
- Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of technical sales experience.
- Experience in the CPI, Pharmaceutical and Food industries a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Self-starting, responsible, ethical, aggressive, proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, organized, flexible, energetic, productive, multi-tasking, and resourceful are essential attributes.
- Technical backgroud preferred

We have been in business since 1973 serving Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. We sell industrial process equipment focusing in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical marketplace.
Compensation Package:
Jennings Alberts, Inc. offers a competitive compensation package including base salary commensurate with experience and bonus based on individual and overall company sales performance. We also have a 401 K pension plan with employer contribution and a healthcare package.
